Thats not a bad record. Id be more than happy if we got a small tour to support the accoustic album

Just got this email from bonjovi.com. It's not all acoustic.. just half the set.

MINNEAPOLIS GOES ACOUSTIC!

Tonight's show in Minneapolis, Minnesota...will it be special? Oh yah, you betchya! It is unprecedented in the United States because it will be ACOUSTIC AND ELECTRIC! The first portion of the concert will be an acoustic set and then after an hour or so it will go into a full-on electric concert! So, if you're going to the show, you're in for something very special. The band is beginning to prep for the Acoustic Autumn on the horizon. And if you're not going to the show, check into www.bonjovi.com for the set list and if you're a member of AmericanXS, you'll get an exclusive glimpse of the show over the next few weeks (and you never know... this might not be the only show this summer that goes acoustic!)

i was at the show and the acoustic portion was about half the set and it was great. some of the songs they played were: everyday, wanted, bed of roses, livin on a prayer and some songs not play very often. the electric half was also great. the only thing that pissed me off was that they didnt play bounce, other than that it was the best concert i have ever been to.

Setlist anyone?!!!!

How come these US citizens always forget to mention the not so often played songs but always remember to tell us that they played Prayer etc... what a surprise.

personally i'd like to know in advance if i'd paid to see an acoustic show or not.

Most bands artists (re scorpions, neil young, springsteen) when they have done this sort of thing advertise their shows as electric, acoustic (or perhaps orchestral).

i'd spend the whole of the acoustic set thinking "ok... when does the rock start"

and then be upset when i find it's in about 1 hour

Yeah, because it's quite a change to the whole feel of the show, I'd like to know as well.

At least for some fans it would be cool to attend something like that. But I can imagine people that go to 1 show don't like it!
