Aloha !

There's nothing bad about that. It's what a lot of us have been saying too. Bon Jovi's set disappoints and songs like Last Man Standing, Misunderstood and Open All Night add nothing to the set.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

It's a lousy review.

First, he calls Daughtry's song "More Than You Know". It's called "Over You".

Secondly, he complains about the set list, but says things like "sure, they played Prayer and Wanted". No kidding. That's not what many of us have been complaining about, and of course those are played.

He also makes stupid comments like "most of the crowd was made up ov overweight 35+ year old women." It's clear, they're not paying attention. I see some downright hotties at all Bon Jovi shows, many in their teens.

I agree with the headline for the review, but as so many other reviews, it almost seems as though he wasn't even there.

It's a crap review - "Most of the New Jersey album was left out except for Bad Medicine and IBTFY" Why would anyone want them to play more than 2 songs from an album from 1988? That was 20 years and 6 band albums ago

And why put the audience down? Who the **** cares if the damn audience is in wheelchairs with canes? They bought tickets didn't they? They showed up.

It's another gratuitous put down if you ask me.

I agree. These kind of 'journalists' decide that they are gonna come out with a bed review no matter what, then pick up on irrelevant things, or put a twisted view on something to get their desired outcome.

It's about time people stated reviewing whats in front of their stupid ****ing faces, rather than deciding that the band must be bad, because they were part of the 80s 'hair' scene.

Agree, it's a crap review, review the band not the audience. And I was wearing a shiny gold mini skirt that night, I looked hot, lol!

I hear you - I'm 59 and still show up in black leather pants.. And no - I'm not fat. I get tired of being put down because I'm over 35.

Anyone seen the Bruce crowd lately? He, however is not reviewed on his audience demographics

.
As someone who thinks it's their best album, I'll say I wish more NJ songs would show up.
That being said, it's obvious that this guy had a very specific review in mind before he even saw the show.
