Montreal Review

Haha wow, I feel like we were at two different shows! Still, good to hear another persons opinion. I think I saw you a few times but I was too tired in the heat to call you over. So damn hot.

Many thanks for the review. I'm sorry it wasn't what you expected. I kind of understand how you feel about the show in general.

Lets see if tonight they do something especial.

I thought the show was awesome personally. Set list was relatively standard but Jon had more energy than I've seen in a while. He was going all out the entire show.

Did you see that giant run he did towards the end? I forget what song. He was full of energy.

I thought it was during Wild In The Streets.... or was it the end of In These Arms?

Wow. I actually don't remember. Might of been Wild. It's totally slipped my mind. So what did you friend think of Nickelback?

It was In These Arms because I was still upset when he did it and I was happy with Wild in the Streets.

quite a mixed review there, i wonder if they'll ever play anything special/rare in north america

My friend thought Nicketback rushed it (cause shes a Nickelback Die Hard). She thought that they usually put on a better show when its their own show...

Having said that she did give me some interesting quotes considering it was her first Bon Jovi concert...

"It was OK, i expected a bit longer from them to be honest"

"Who opens with a cover? 20 years worth of music and they pick someone else's song?"

"He can play the crowd better than anyone ive seen"

Basically she liked Bon Jovi and said it was a good show, she wouldnt pay that much to see them again but it was a good day out. She wasnt too impressed with some of the fan club people but i guess that was expected. Overall most friends that I have taken to see Jovi love it, they rave about how that was the best show they've seen... etc. That could just be her taste, or a reflection of the show.... she is a casual fan that knows the hits and enjoyed herself.
