I only can speak for Holland because Germany doesn't work yet. In Holland you pay either by credit card and they send you the ticket or you order the ticket and get them on Saturday with paying cash. That's what my friend from Holland told me.

In Switzerland they send it, too, but it's quite expensive (21,55 SFR to Germany).
