Default MSG shows/hotels

Anyone staying in NJ and riding public transporation over to NY to the concerts?

Are you spending the $$ to stay close to MSG?

Where did everyone stay last time when they played there?

Is everyone staying in NY or some in NJ?
Are you going to ride a train to get to MSG?
Any suggestions from those who went before?

We're staying in Newark on Friday night as 4 of us are arriving from 4 different cities that day. On Saturday we're moving to a hotel near the Garden, and we'll be there until Wednesday. Can't wait!

Are you driving down from Boston or flying. We'll be driving back and could give you a lift.

Thanks so much, Kathleen. That's really nice of you. I am flying, though. I used frequent flyer miles for this trip and was amazed to find that a trip with 3 flights (Atlanta to Boston, Boston to Newark and Newark to Atlanta) took 25,000 miles just like a regular round trip between 2 cities usually does. Who knew?

I have friends that have taken the train and so did my son. If I ever get tickets, I'll drive to Hoboken, park and take the path train. The train takes you right to MSG. We live in Jersey too, where are you from?
