i don't know if this counts as "changing the setlist on stage" or not, but when i saw them in Nashville back in Feb. i was at the front and i saw a copy of the setlist before the show started. and Always was not on the list but they played it anyway, and it seems like they played 1 other song that was not on the setlist,,but i can't remember what it was.

that's not spontaneously changing the set though - all sets and shows end up like that...

Considering that Always isn't played a lot of times you could say it's a start. Though they normally play Always only when the crowd isn't into it.

all i mean is that playing the band's biggest ever (or 2nd biggest ever) hit is not really a surprise set change around for me
