Be smarter than that. Don't supply your medical records and police report to random strangers to prove a point.

It DOES NOT MATTER if anyone on this board believes you or not. Posting on a message board isn't going to get you the explanation, apology, or compensation you think you're due. Again, if you think you have a legitimate case, talk to a lawyer.

To Sir Cizzi,

Yes my total has gone from 22 to 29 & from 519 BJ shows to over 2000. (not 200 as per your posting)This includes all non BJ shows & the FIRST show I saw was in 1977 & was Queen on their Night at the Opera tour then Meat Loaf on the Bat tour both of these were not only prior to BJ but to all of Jons other bands & Richies as well since both would have been young teenagers at the time.

I agree that it doesn't matter about people believing me or not on the message boards but the management company do read some of them from time to time I do believe that I have a legitimate case however I am not an American citizen therefore I cannot prosecute unless I have an American address to lodge the summons, writ & procedings from. Also since the address is now not listed for BJM then I cannot write to them or contact tem in any way to try & get an answer & the record company are refusing to pass on any correspondance as well. That shows a guilty streak & they will probably give the same response that I was given by the Security firm & I quote
"I appreciate the time you have taken to detail the various issues you had with the organisation of the show. Receiving a complaint from an experienced concert goer does dismay me as you are very much a valued live concert customer. You can be assured that Rock Steady has taken note of the issues you raise and they have already had an impact at some of our other events since the 3 June. I hope my reply does also provide a degree of satisfaction in that a great deal of time has been spent on investigating the circumstances surrounding your complaint."
Yet I have had friends advising me that they have saw NO CHANGE in the approach & that the Rock Steady staff still allow smoking in non smoking venues, turn a blind eye to illegal substances being used & also have a very half hearted approach to professionalism.

Since it took place in Scottish venue then Scots Law has to apply & without coroboration from an independant source there is no case under Scots Law, since unlike American Law the damage & provable section of the assault is inadmissable unless verified by a specialist. Since there was only St Johns ambulance & paramedics on call they are not qualified to give a comprehensive diagnosis & sworn testimony.

I am posting on various noticeboards to advise of the hostile treatment that I have received.

jesus christ, stop your moaning and go find someone who cares. Just the very way you talk about it all and the ''acounts' that you give make me extremely suspicious about the whole thing.

What ever the reasons for you being chucked out, are you really going to 'punish' the band for something one of their employees have done, by no longer buying their products?!
The band have obviously given you alot of pleasure over ther last 20 years and you want to chuck that all in for what 'may' have been an honest mistake?
It has no doubt left a nasty taste in the mouth, but surely you can still enjoy the music?

Man, that's tough. It's hard to believe but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. I don't know what you can do, though. Through all the 519 shows you've been to, you must have made friends with BJ fans and all, so there must be witnesses to your incident, right? Why don't they post here? And why don't you post this on BackstageJBJ? Just a thought.

Well Living On My Hair, the reason I can give such accurate responses is due to the fact that I have an excellent attention to detail, an excellent memory & that I do not consume any alcohol at a concert since it impares my enjoyment of the show. It is obvious from your responses that you are generally pessimistic & show very little "Faith" in other people as well as no trust. It seems to me that "You say you dont like my kind, A better picture in your mind, No it dont matter what I say, I hear ya bitchin when I walk away, Ill never be what ya want me ta be, You tell me Im wrong but I disagree, I aint got no apology" To quote the best song never released on an album (other than 100 million BJFCBW)

Hi Jovi Forever,

I have had a LOT of FANTASTIC memories over the last 20 years from the intmate gigs at smaller venues like The Hammersmith Apollo in London to the huge outdoor shows at Giants stadium & in Moscow, it has left a nasty taste in my mouth but it has also affected my health, cost me money unneccessarily on my cancelled Canaadian trip & the deposit for the East Coast trip in july. Every time I've hard a BJ song on the radio it makes me angry that I cannot get an answer from anyone as to why I was ejected. Misunderstanding, wrong end of stick, It doesn't make much difference all I want is an answer & IF KM is in the wrong an apology, If I am in the wrong after getting the answer then I will make a FULL apology to all concerned Untill then I have suspended my purchase of all products. It is now 27 days since the show & I still have SEVERE pain caused by KM's rough treatment & aggrivation of my medical condition, fair compasionate & RESPECTFULL treatment is all that I ask for
