It DOES NOT MATTER if anyone on this board believes you or not. Posting on a message board isn't going to get you the explanation, apology, or compensation you think you're due. Again, if you think you have a legitimate case, talk to a lawyer.

I agree that it doesn't matter about people believing me or not on the message boards but the management company do read some of them from time to time I do believe that I have a legitimate case however I am not an American citizen therefore I cannot prosecute unless I have an American address to lodge the summons, writ & procedings from. Also since the address is now not listed for BJM then I cannot write to them or contact tem in any way to try & get an answer & the record company are refusing to pass on any correspondance as well. That shows a guilty streak & they will probably give the same response that I was given by the Security firm & I quote
"I appreciate the time you have taken to detail the various issues you had with the organisation of the show. Receiving a complaint from an experienced concert goer does dismay me as you are very much a valued live concert customer. You can be assured that Rock Steady has taken note of the issues you raise and they have already had an impact at some of our other events since the 3 June. I hope my reply does also provide a degree of satisfaction in that a great deal of time has been spent on investigating the circumstances surrounding your complaint."
Yet I have had friends advising me that they have saw NO CHANGE in the approach & that the Rock Steady staff still allow smoking in non smoking venues, turn a blind eye to illegal substances being used & also have a very half hearted approach to professionalism.
Since it took place in Scottish venue then Scots Law has to apply & without coroboration from an independant source there is no case under Scots Law, since unlike American Law the damage & provable section of the assault is inadmissable unless verified by a specialist. Since there was only St Johns ambulance & paramedics on call they are not qualified to give a comprehensive diagnosis & sworn testimony.
I am posting on various noticeboards to advise of the hostile treatment that I have received.
