Bobby is there. In the "Seat next to you" video he's on the left. He's changed a bit since the WAN tour

So, Jon's back with UMG. Well, that just makes me laugh out loud at all the people who said that UMG kicked him out because they didn't need him anymore or because Richie was gone. It appears they realized their mistake and met Jon's demands (or at least compromised to his approval). There's no question to the idea of "integrity" in this. It takes integrity to "STICK TO YOUR GUNS." (Remember that one?)

"You live for the fight when it's all that you've got." Jon fought and won.

Whoever at UMG let him go in the first place was an A. #1. First Class Royal IDIOT.

(Not trying to drag anybody into a discussion or anything. Just making an observation. Feel free to totally disregard, Becky.)

There's a whole lotta assuming going on in that post.

We don't know who realized their mistakes, what compromises were made, who agreed to whose demands, or who stuck to their guns. We don't even know what did (or did not) cause the break to begin with.

As with so many other things (cough*Richie*cough) we don't know squat!

And I shall. I'm just as free to make assumptions as everyone who's been saying for months that the record company "kicked Jon out" for blah, blah, blah....

'Tis true.

I just hope that with all that freedom, everyone remembers what happens when they assume.

B sides are a thing of the past.

Yes, Seat Next To You is not good in places but meh, I LOVE that song. Old record company, new record company I'm still excited for the record. But, I do wonder where this leaves Azoff? I mean I thought he was going to be more than a band manager (meaning have a entire package of things, record company, touring, etc) but maybe with the Eagles dissolving who knows.
