Vince is a crap vocalist, but he sound better than Jon. And no comparison about who puts on a better show.

As for Joe, his voice is sounding better than ever the last couple of years. Not sure why, but he sounds fantastic.

But, it's not as if the 'hits' from SWW & NJ aren't being played. Believe me, a lot of folks I've been next to at Bon Jovi shows have NO clue when Blood On Blood is being played. And Bill you know most audiences (not the diehards) in the US don't know any songs from TD.

Granted, this is with Taylor Swift, but the band (and Joe) sound awesome, and this is their toughest song to sing:

Oh my, we'll agree to disagree on Vince, because in my opinion even on a bad day Jon is better. I do love Def Leppard and Joe Eliott and even when I saw them in their hey day Joe had a lot of "off" vocal nights.

As for Animal, this is from 2009.

Sorry, but Bon Jovi WISHES they could still perform anything off of Slippery this well.

I'm 19, am I not young? As I say, here in Argentina Have A Nice Day was a HUGE hit and all people my age or even 3 or 4 years younger know Bon Jovi for that song, or even It's My Life. Last weekend I was at a party and a 18 years dude came and say "man, you look like Jon Bon Jovi with that hair" and I was like "wow, thanks. do you like them?" "never listened to them, only the hits like It's My Life and Have A Nice Day". They are not nostalgia, they've opened them to a new generation of fans and they could fill stadiums without playing more than 3 songs from the 80s.

Poison is a nostalgia act that couldn't put a single hit since the '80s, the same goes to Europe (though I love them and I really like a lot their last records). Even the Leppards are more "nostalgia" than Bon Jovi, Elliot has been complaing about how the media don't give a crap about them and how they couldn't chart a single since the X album (11 years ago).

I'm guessing that are the old people the ones that can't get over the fact that Bon Jovi have newer hits and that their favourite songs can be left behind without being a problem for the band.

You are kidding right? I saw the Crue a year or 2 ago (loved it) but Vince's voice is shot big time. JBJ doesn't have his 1988 pipes but he can still sing very well.

Vince's pipes aren't shot. The problem is, he's in horrible shape and can't sing all the lyrics because so many Motley songs are fast. His voice is nothing special, but at least it still sounds like Motley Crue.

I won't disagree that he looks like crap (outta shape big time). I still say his pipes are shot compared to JBJ's. And no way he sounds better than JBJ.
