What's this about General Admission? Could someone please elaborate?

I'm excited ... I do wish it was on a weekend because we are planning a huge tailgate all afternoon, but now I'm not sure how many of us will be able to take off work.

Also... I'm looking to get the best seats possible for this one without going through a ticket broker. Does anyone have any pointers?

Apparently the new stage design has an elliptical ring around the front that Jon can go on. Inside this ring will be all General Admission tickets.

By any chance, does anyone know how far JFK Airport is from Giants Stadium, and if it's possible (and easy enough) to get there via public transportation?

Kathleen can probably help you better with the public transportation part, but JFK is not really that close to Giants. You'd be better off flying into Newark International and taking a taxi.

I have to give it up. It's not gonna happen. I can't come back from vacation on Tuesday after being gone for 12 days, leave early, drive to New Jersey, take the next day off, go to the 2nd show, and drive right home afterwards.

Damnit - Why the hell did they have to have the damn shows in the middle of the goddamn week like this???

JFK is not close to Giants at all - especially for someone short of time. If you were coming here anyway and had the time to take the monorail into NYC and then sort out transportation from NYC to Giants (there is a bus) you would be fine. But if you are trying to take the least amount of time off work that would certainly be the long way to do it. Newark is much closer and is usually easier to deal with than JFK.

Tickets go on sale Monday. Does anyone know if this is considered presale or what? And I wouldn't rule out another date being added, as was done with Continental in December.
