I do think that Matt has certainly become aware of how bad these prices are with the backlash via social media.

I don't think he cares, though. It's probably also not his choice either so it's probably being said to the wrong guy.

Hopefully it's a kick up the arse for the next shows but I doubt that.

First of all, I think some people give Jon too much credit. He has a management behind him and when I talked to someone who works for Jon and complained about the RT ticket prices she said: the decisions were made by all of the management.
She was implying that Jon is not as much in control as he makes people believe he is. They are justifying the ticket prices by adding the posh hotel and all of the other crap. In the end it is a business and their motto is 'superserving the superfan' this has nothing to do with music or die-hards or concerts. If you look at the pictures you see that it is just a big joke and they are selling a fantasy.
The quality of the shows are not better than the shows at my local pub and there is zero emotion in Jon's performance. But the people attending mostly want to **** Jon or treat him as their god.
It is safe for Jon and serves his ego. Easy money.

The posh thing started with the diamond circle crap. My parents gave me one as a present and indeed (as people mentioned here before) it is like a VIP lounge at a soccer game. Most people dont even know the music. It is a stupid cocktail party with zero value for a music fan. One of the worst things I ever did.

In the end they can do these things as much as they want but what i think is totally perverse is that they dont do something to even it. Like something for music fans. A club tour where they giving away tickets via the fan club for free, a REAL meet and greet....whatever.

Jon just doesnt have integrity. It is pure capitalism, that is it. He is adaptable but the things he talks about are his wanna-be persona at best.

Someone on here said that john shanks couldn't be the "actual" touring guitarist, just for the target Show because he has so much work to do as a producer. Then I read the stuff About the new Mini Tour and that That's the way they might be going for now.
Combining These bits of Information, it struck me that john shanks could really be the actual bon jovi touring guitarist for some time, with few Shows and huge gaps in between
On the other side, there's bobby who quit because he doesn't like full-sized World tours anyore. But If they are doing this scaled down, Exclusive model, then isn't there the possibility of bobby coming back again?

The Runaway trips are typically no more than 300 folks so there has to be a plan to fill the rest of the theater. I'm still waiting for give away details and how to get the tickets that the sponsor, TIDAL has.

Thank God we are living in the era of Social Media. The negative feedback is instant. I hope that this would move something and change their plans if they plan to overcharge more concerts in the future. Yes we understand that there are many variables that boost the cost of these events, but we, as fans, don't really care. We just need better prices, it's their problem to achieve them!

They deleted my comments on RTs. So still, they are trying to censor the internet.

Sure there are many variables, but they've been there since the beginning and there were days when you could such a promo show for 30-50 bucks. I'm sure the fees that band has to pay haven't risen into such extraordinary heights.

Given how notorious Tidal is I'm not surprised the prices are that astronomical.
