You are free to create a separate thread all about this. Don't expect it to be a popular one. Yes, I'm being harsh. Being nice just seems to be mistaken as encouragement. We couldn't get through a thread about the THINFS video without nutty posts all about how the video takes pot shots and desecrates the hallowed ground Richie shits on.

Look, this board is a ****ing a oasis of peace. All the other places I go it’s Jon vs Richie nonstop. It’s always been like this, but the last 3+ years have been especially unbearable. Every single discussion turns into that debate, no matter how unrelated it was. I’m tired of that shit if you pardon my language. I want this album and tour to be at least a moderate success so we can have more albums and reasonable ticket prices in the future, not fewer and pricier shows to cover the losses or RT exclusive packages. But every day I hear/read people ignoring the new music and fighting over the same. I bet they haven’t even listen to the damn songs. All I hear is “that song is shit, this is Jon’s fault because blah blah Richie blah blah”. And every time Jon says anything, it gets worse. I’ve read it here too, speculation over Richie’s health after Jon’s comments. So yeah, I wish the drama would be kept to a minimum to stop derailing the real discussion which should be the new album. I get that lots of fans gave up and basically love to tear to pieces anything they do, but why give them more ammunition? So no, I’m not talking about this board like I said in the beginning or about how I feel, but what I see other fans think, and they make a lot of noise...
