I think they use Shanks as second guitarist for these shows, because he recorded (almost) all the parts and so doesn't have to learn them. Will be interesting to see what happens on the real tour. If they choose to only do 3-4 songs from the new album, as usual, I can't see them using Shanks (if he's available at all)...
