In 2011, top price tickets for Bon Jovi in Vancouver were $165 with taxes. Right now the top price tickets for Vancouver are $220 before taxes, so looking more like $240ish. No thank you.

...then don't by top price tickets?

Yes, it's ridiculous that they charge this much, but the more ridiculous fact is that there's countless idiots who keep buying these expensive seats no matter what the cost is.

I know and I won't be buying tickets at that cost. I paid $165 last time for 2 rows outside of the pit, right in front of Tico when they were on the circle. That was worth it in my opinion. But I got lucky with the ticketmaster lottery.

I dunno, it frustrates me that tickets are that much more expensive this tour, especially with the more likely case of Richie not being there.

I can't believe this shit. NOBODY needs another US leg of the tour except for the accountants so they can depreciate the stage costs through a larger number of shows and maximize profit margins. And Jon's ego which so desperately needs to fill 2013 with shows so his tour ends up at #1 in Billboard Magazine.

It's ridiculous. The band appears in shatters, Richie might not even be there, Jon sounds like a strangled cat and is on autopilot most of the time, setlists will be dreadful, tickets will be overpriced.

Wow...well it's a good thing they aren't going back too your town then. I'm looking forward to my Vegas show in October.

That is correct, many of us go to all the shows in that area. However at the very beginning of the tour they said that there would be Philly dates and so far - nothing Though after seeing the same show twice I'm not sure I need another show.

It's great to see a Little Rock date! It's been 20 years since they played in Arkansas. I'm not sure I'll be able to go, but I hope something works out.

Same thing with Milwaukee. They have to add at least those two, though I probably won't be going to anymore shows this tour either. I say they cram a few more NE dates in late October/early November with Brooklyn, Philly, MSG/Prudential, MD, etc. I doubt they go out of their way for one show in CT.

Look, I would love to look forward to see my favorite band. But my favourite band member is missing and it seems Joviland is in shatters as its two most prominent members are busy discussing their differences through print and social media. I think it's embarrassing. To top it up, the band decides to announce another string of dates as if things were perfectly fine.

Bon Jovi minus Richie actually played my city a few weeks ago. And they played my home country, Germany, too. I used to do 3 gigs a tour, I have travelled to see them in 5 different countries. And that was when I was in university and did not have a lot of money. I hope everyone who goes to see the band this tour will have a great time. But whatever is happening with the band right now feels rather wrong to me.
