Next 100 Years has **** all like the same vibe as Dry County! Just because it has a long solo doesn't mean it;s a great, epic masterpiece. Dry County ebbs, and flows into and out of the verses, has the typical solo, then of course the build-up to the big solo, then the come down. N100Y is just a normal (pretty good) Jovi song, with an explosive bit on the end.

The solo is recorded badly anyway, far too low down so you can't hear half of it. I'm not saying it's not a god song, but it's nothing close to Dry County.

yeah i'd take Next 100 Years. never heard it live, so would be good.

still there are at least 50 other rare songs that i would prefer over it though.

Would be great to see this song make an appearance. Surely Jon wouldnt have any trouble singing it. And it gives Richie a chance to shine.

This song has never done anything for me and is nothing even approaching a masterpiece.
The guitar solo seems to be just there for the sake of it and unlike Dry County it does not enhance the song.
Vocally it's bery boring and the song is overrated.
