Thats a convenient line from the JBJ camp but I reckon its more to do with $$$. Richie doesnt seem to be drinking heavily or if he is, then he's hiding it well and is looking well. Also, from the reviews i've heard Richie was not the problem in the early shows, in fact some said he was the one carrying JBJ.

I suspect that drinking wouldn't be a problem, but 10 years of drinking, rehab, and the general self destruction that comes wit addiction would be. I guess a limit has to be in place.
