Totally agree if he wants to leave the band at least do it with respect to your band mates and fans and about his emotional situation I just hope he finds the help he needs.. I always though Richie is a great man and he has a big heart and if he's having mental issues some people's comments including those close to him could not helping him at all. His last tweet made me sad
