I'm not going to the gig on Tuesday in Santiago. I'm asking for refund on Monday.

Wow! I'm jealous. I think my goal was laser, ended up laparoscopic??? which is better than full on like my grandmother. It was 04, so not long ago, but remember it was inflamed and had to put in a camera? Hope Tico's is the best case scenario.

As to the tour, I really hope they don't add more dates. Damned if they do, damned if they don't. That's true for Jon & Richie now. I guess they just need to follow their gut instinct -

. I'm sure there are existing obligations to the tour promoters that could be absurdly expensive to break. Wouldn't want to be in their shoes. Just know I want Tico well and the band fixed - still hope not irreparably broken - at least for the future. I feel like my youth is broken with them.

This is disrespectful to the band, it's legacy and the fans. Jesus Christ, postpone the goddamn shows and reschedule them when everyone is healthy and it's a band. Otherwise just cancel the damn things.

Sounds more like he was UNDER-diagnosed to me. If Tico had not been experiencing fever, pain or diarrhea days beforehand, he must have been walking around with a low-grade, quietly spreading infection. Hopefully the doctors were more thorough this time around.

What a sad sack of shit this band has become. You simply can't carry on playing shows with half of the band missing. This "We' don't want to let the fans down" line is just pathetic spin from a man hell bent on not missing his projected gross profit margins.
