Default NO tour plans in 2005 (at least in austria)

taken from the webboard of www.bonjovi.at - some of them contacted the biggest austrian ticket service line and what they received is the following:

Quote:
Liebe Bon Jovi-Fans!

translation:

Dear Bon Jovi-Fans!
Thank you for registering at the ÖT (=österreich ticket) board for BON JOVI. Unfortunately we have to tell you that bon jovi DO NOT PLAN ANY SORT OF CONCERT DATES FOR 2005 IN AUSTRIA.

Reagrds,
Your ÖT-Team

think that says much... it doesn't say "in or around austria" but i think bj wouldn't let us down when touring europe- so save your money and pray at night for a cool album (if it comes out at all...)

Rock on,
Martin

Why does anyone bother with information like this? Until Bon Jovi officially announce it then we don't know what will happen.

nothing is official BUT I decided a while back that they won't tour in 2005 (at least not in europe and not before the end of the year- look how U2 announced their dates for the 3rd leg in the usa for DECEMBER already ) ... as long as we don't get info for the cd a tour is JUST unthinkable ...

So it's all up to you and you decided not to let them tour?

You know what she means. English is not everyones first language you know!!!

Anyway, I am thinking that they may start to tour the US in the fall and end here in the summer like they usually do, with everywhere else in between.

Because none of us have real lives and we are grasping at any pathetic scrap of information that we can.

And besides - we just want to know damnit

Just because they're aren't any plans in March, doesn't mean there won't be any plans in September. If they tour, great. If they don't, great. At this point I care more about the CD! Well, I always care more about the Bon Jovi CDs than tours. They never play around here anyway.

oooppps it's some franglish mistake ... in french you say I decide meaning I made up my mind they won't tour ... sorry if you don't say this in english i can say it in french or japanese if you want me to

it seems that everyone in the usa is sure they will begin the tour in the usa in fall ... I'd love to know what is making ppl think this way (is there rumours about that??) ? Mouse I am not refering to you especially but this : "the tour might being in the usa this time " has been heard many times already but the tour begin rarely in the usa but more in japan .... the usa usually has 2 legs ... japan usually make the beginning of the tour then the usa then europe is in between the 2nd usa leg ... if the tour begin in fall in the usa what are they gonna do until late spring and summer for europe I don't see them doing stadiums while it's cold nor doing arenas because it's cold ) ...... oh I see maybe !! .... FOOTBALL from february to may then europe and a come back in the usa in august .... so then it's fall the usa and japan then early summer europe then late summmer usa again ... that's possible ... I think they might though tour japan in late fall winter

sorry for my bad english guys :P

Seeing as they just announced they are playing August 20 in Miller Park I doubt very much they will be coming to Europe

I don't have a great memory when it comes to the times of year that BJ tour, and I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. The past few times they have toured, I seem to remember them hitting the US around Sept.-Nov. or so? Of course I could just be thinking of the Crush tour, but for some reason it just seems logical to me that they will tour from the fall into the summer. At least that is what my crystal ball has told me! :P
