Default Nostalgia

I've been packing away my stuff, and I bumped into all my tour stuff.... Maps, fans' 'business' cards, photos, tickets, plans, budgets.... I got a very nostalgic feeling.....

That month was definitely one of the highlights of my life, it was so great to meet all the people I did, to see what I saw and to experience everything... And there were always nice people around to share it with Friends left, right and centre (bad pun intended )

I know these crop up all the time, but I had to post (once again)... I think about that and the people a lot, and 'don't know where, don't know when, but we'll meet again'

Thank you and sorry!

so funny... I was getting very nostalgic these last few weeks as well. maybe because of the wheater, it reminded me of the tour.. maybe because it's almost one year later... I've just listened to london and munich.. and all the great memories get back...

remember in gelsenkirchen where the entrance from the fanclub finally worked!...

remember in mannheim where it was so extremely hot but where the entrance went also amazing...

remember in amsterdam where the waitingline went all the way around the stadium...

remember bremen where it was so cold in the night...

remember ostend where it rained, where there was thunder and lightning during the day, where the wind was blowing so hard they had to remove the black background with all the lights...

remember zurich where it was again so hot but where you could take a picture with jon! (ok, the cardboard one.. but you got a free drink as well!)...

remember in munich where we could wait in the vip-lounge...and everybody was so exhausted after the show they couldnt even walk up the stairs out of the stadium anymore..

remember kiel where they played this amazing acoustic set.. and where the venue was so small you could almost smell the guys....

remember london where the park was so big, the people halfway down the stadium needed extra screens to see SOMEthing from the guys... remember never say goodbye ... and nobody kept it dry...

I LOVE these memories and all the other ones from the other tours... I need more of those!!!

Yes Sas, the memories still are alive and nowadays even more...I love the way you put themin line.....

Maybe we all can write down some of our memories in just 1 or 2 sentences?

Barcelona...just a few fanclubmembers..so we got unexpected front row
Ostend...where we couldn`t sit down because the ground was too blurry
Mannheim....the only place we didn`t sleep outside...I was soooo tired I had to get one night of sleep
Bremen....I wasn`t cold......but it sure was wet sleeping that night.....and there was this guy we took with us( and Sara) and he kept on shouting: I am a backstager now...lol....and he freaked out with Live...sure great night.
Munich..wher I fainted and missed Live and where they played my song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Erfurt..where they showed the names of the 9/11 victims on the screen

Gelsenkirchen...where the queue almost went wrong

Amsterdam...home....that great banner and they played I believe...wow

and Hyde Park: where Tom just gave his place to Marijke...you are def. the best guy around....I am grateful for that for always...you made her show( and some awful english women tried to ruin it for her, because of that SB incident, but they couldn`t because of Tom) lalalalala :P

Oh well, there are so many memories. I can go on for hours.....
I need a tour to cheer me up.
Can someone please send Jon an email telling this? lololol
