Awww... such a nice thread! I wish I could have done the tour thing, but being my last exams at Uni etc I could only go to the Madrid concert, which is better than nothing at all But really, now reading the thread I'm almost sure I'd change my priorities if we were back then again

Ohhhhh, I remember amsterdam where Marijke and Kelly kept Luca awake all night...asking: luca are you asleep???
where we put Laura and Taija on the list while they were "running w
"with marijke to gett ro the station

where Kevin told me I was a great organiser( yehyeah)

And this belgian woman with her so called pregnant daughter who had to get in 1 ..yeah pregnant.
After I told her to get in line she said: wait till you are in belgium: i will trhrow you out of th e qeue. He, guess who was doing the list in Ostend?????

Hyde park..where Luca was afraid to go to sleep because I told him the spiders came from the tree he was sleeping under.

And then the goodbye in Hyde Park..knowing we had to say goodbye and we didn`t want to..next day everyone stood outside the hotel......

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I qoute from Glasgow

"F***ING EAST STANNNNNNNDDDDDDD, OOPS WATCH IT KEV" (Kev Uk had just fallen over!!!!

Good Memories

1. The night out in Glasgow before hand, brilliant city
2. Getting to the stadium at 7am, just chillin!
3. Meeting Kev UK,Paul,Jay and Angie, a fine fine bunch of scousers (yes its possible!!!)
4.Sitting having a laugh with the above people, strange but we all just clicked
5.Standing in the queue for the west stand talking to some scottish birds (strange them being there, what with us being in scotland and all)
6. Kev deciding to water some old dears flowers in here front garden, Kev, Urine does not make flowers grow!
7. Kev telling us about his hotel room mishap, ahem!!!
8.running into the pit, after all that worry we were second from front on richies side
9. the "space odyessy" intro
10. KTF, i still get the shivers when i hear BOOM, that song rocked more on this tour then OWN
11. Pretending i had won the text competition to get on stage with the band, then getting beat up by a scottish bird in a cowboy hat when i told her i was joking.....
12. The whole show rocked, like the crush tour, i'm sorry to say but OWN tour was the band just going through the motions, on this tour they really put it out
13. Meeting Jay and Angie the day after in Glasgow Central
14. Getting Tix for my best mate gordon for Hyde Park
15. Going to Hyde Park night before looking for Kev and Paul, bumped into to scottish girls instead, although i think kev and Paul are great i preferred bumping into these two lasses!!
16. The two girls following us, we sat on a park bench for hours with them then went to wetherspoons for a drink
17. Getting to Hyde Park at 7am, waiting for Kev and Paul to spot me in the gold admission!
18. Kev and Paul spotting me, they didn't expect that! However i didn't expect the "fantastic" story of the five star hotel, you jammy gits!
19. Buying blue suncream by mistake!!!
20. The order for a couple of bottles of beer, how everyone else heard i do not know, but we ended up with loads of orders, also exchanging the suncream from blue to normal!
21. Kev drinking all the beer and using my suncream!!!
22. Going to the box office with Paul
23. coming back to find Kev Mortal
24. Leanne and Stacy, excellent lasses
25. Kev trying to score with the above by using the line "i'll rub it in for you" (talking about the suncream) And it not working ha ha
26. Kev deciding to water a tree in Hyde Park infront of thousands of people ( Kev, Urine does not help trees)
27. Running into the pit and seeing we were right on the barriers, a chance to sit down
28. We all ran apart from Gordon, who walked, he didn't understand the need for speed
29. Meeting Angie from London and the fact that her and gordon were gonna get it on!!!
30. Angie and Gordon disappearing and not coming back for some time
31. Kev screaming "i don't want it in my f-ing hair when we advised to put suncream on his nogin
32. Seeing Jay from Liverpool again and getting him down the front, although it took some doing!!
33. THE SHOW!!! in particular KTF, LYHOM, TD, NSGB

BAD THINGS

1. "some" fan-club members at glasgow, the attitude towards the non-fanclub members was not the best, i;m no less a fan if i don't pay a sub to the fan club ,i've been going to BJ shows since 1992. This isn't a personal dig at anyone, the gold standing milarky didn't help and fuelled a few fires.
2. The east stand/west stand milarky, although we can laugh at it now, it created bad feeling, and Kev the security guard didn't help by saying he would get us all plectrums!!! i knew it was an empty promise so it didn't hold anything with me but some people did believe him, never trust a roadie, i know cos i have worked as one!!!!
3.My mate Liam, i was doing all the talking to the scouse clan, he can seem pretty ignorant at times
4. Seeing the fan club member who had bought GA tix but stood in the Gold admission all day only to realise that she could not get in the pit, i felt really bad for that person.
5. Pushing to the front at the west stand enterance, i knew we shouldn't have and i knew it would result in us going to the back anyway, but it was worth the try.
6. Leaving Ibros not knowing if i would see the scouse clan again
7. Leaving Glasgow, hope to go back soon
8. The train journey to London, it normally takes 2 and a bit hours, it took us 8!!! some guy died on the train and lines were down which meant a coach transfer!!!
9. LONDON- I HATE THE PLACE IF I NEVER HAVE TO GO BACK, GOOD!!!
10. The steward at Hyde Park, thinking he was god, he told us we could not have any water until BJ came on ( from the bins), i'm sure Jon said "don't give our fans a drink until we come on"!!! Right of course he did!! The bloke was told of his management, BUT, it was a blazing hot day, people were sunburnt etc, in a situation like that you use common sense, obviously missing from this guy!
11. Saying bye to Kev,Paul and Jay, again not knowing if and when we would see each other again ( now i can't get bloody rid of them!!!)

I was just thinking the other day about the concerts and how it is nearly a year since we all together, i remember the tuesday before the the ibrox show i was woken up by a massice thunderstorm in Newcastle, it was 5am and i couldn't get back to sleep, so i started packing, the adventure started then!!!

If one lesson should be learnt, and it never will be cos it happens at every show on every tour is that people should be less selfish, EVERYONE wants to be at the front, and it does not happen, the gold tix helped that a little bit but still think we should have done without it, we are all fans togther with a common interest! I am in favour of the old style Q, get there early enough, run fast enough and your in the pit!!!! its more exciting that way!

Heres to the next time around ( and hopefully i won't bump into any more scousers!!! being mates with 4 of em is enough, it costs me a fortune in security devices to make sure nothing gets nicked!)

I agree with lots of things but please no running for the pit anymore.
The way we did it last tour was so much more relaxing and so much less hate and jelousy..it has to stay that way.

25. Meeting Leanne and Stacey, the two HOT! girls in our queue waiting to get into HP. Oh, and getting completely smashed too. I drunk all my beer and everyone elses too
26. Being front row of the gold standing section in london and finally being able to show my banner off. It got on the screen a few times, Mike said all he could see was me trying to chat up that hot bird next to me lol
hearing you talk about HP: I probably have met you all as well.. lol.. thought I didnt meet most of you on this board in real life, but probably I'm wrong!
