Nice to see some changes at least. I get frustrated reading the same sets over and over but, having seen the same Roxette show 2 nights in a row and still having a good time at both, maybe I wouldn't mind it that much in person. I'll probably find out soon enough in Melbourne. Looking forward to the Aussie shows though in spite of everything... I've only seen Bon Jovi twice in my lifetime and probably won't again for some time so I'm sure I'll enjoy the night out regardless.

got back from the show, definitely the better show tonight, much better and energetic. I still think night #1 in Feb was the best of all four shows, this might be the 2nd best. The encore was amazing, I've heard Dry County before but this time it was even better, Phil X was on fire. Also best version of Always and In These Arms i've heard. The encore really made it worth it, he sounded solid on some songs.

It was a decent performance, way better than night 3. I was upset they didn't play Captain Crash but hearing Raise Your Hands again made up for that. Oh yeah and Diamond Ring sounded pretty good too, Jon seemed to be in the mood tonight, seemed like he was interested and having fun.

The crowd really did not care about Sleep When I'm Dead, infact it seemed like the whole crowd was dead, I couldn't see many people moving, just sitting or standing still. I think Jon got the hint, which is why he cut the song short and didn't play any covers. Time to drop that song and play something else. I kinda hoped they would play I Love This Town, I really like that song but maybe nextime. The banner looks lonely up there, it's hard to even find it because its like in a place where there is nothing, they should have kept it closer towards the cup banners.

I think he also did a part of Story Of My Life during one of the songs, can't remember which one.

We don't know the truth behind him leaving the tour. Don't forget he is the same man who finished the HAND tour despite a broken arm and his father's health & passing away. Likewise Jon handled his departure from the previous tour for rehab with nothing but class. I would not make any judgement calls against either of them. Being so harsh to an individual purely on the basis of rumours and speculation is unfair.

But with Roxette it´s different because Marie has problems memorizing the lyrics to the songs after her brain tumor. So they kept the same songs every night. Jon is just lazy.

its really sad...
1.jon mentions phil, bobby and hugh before richie...jon destroys his own legacy by putting richie down...after all these years and songs phil and bobby are the heroes and richie is just a let down for the ceo???sad...(the king of swing even if he is just a shadow of his former self still was the heart and the rock powre of bj imo)
2.richie...i m lost for words...he said he will make a star spangled banner rendition...what was this???he travelled to australia to play this??? how lame...sadly looks like richie takes drugs or alcohol, i cant explain his choises any other way

I think he just mentioned everyone who played with Bon Jovi in the venue. He started with the actual band, then with those who are on stage at the moment and then with those who are not there for some reasons.. Actually I think it's nice of him to mention Alec and I don't think it gives Richie the same status..

Yep, that's how I interpreted it too!
