I look at it more like...it'll be the same set as the last two shows with a very very similar setlist and even if we get something somewhat rare it'll be played by Bobby and Phil with a singer that stands totally still. With the cost of getting there, getting back, the tickets themselves I'm just so meh on the whole idea. I hate that I'm missing shows but also hate that they're not offering anything different enough for the diehards to WANT to go.

I highlighted the above part like the above poster because that part is so true. When I went to Manchester, I got 'Garageland' and a couple of others I didn't expect/hadn't heard before. I thoroughly enjoyed that show because the 'band' seemed on form. Jon was on fire that night, Tico and Phil X did a very good job and the setlist was different to other shows.
Then came Slane and Hyde Park and apart from 'Loves The Only Rule' they were just basic shows. Enjoyable, but I left a bit 'meh' after them.
All it takes is one or two changes and we seem a bit more into it. The last thread proves that. The others hardly had any replies but with the odd change that a few of us like, we do reply and want to check them out.
