Best bit of that 'Always' performance was Jon spinning his mic in perfect timing for Phil X's solo!

The verses I didn't mind, quite enjoyed them and the drums were solid but Jons voice was in absolute bits. That was dreadful and I cringed a fair bit listening to it. He started off alright on the end verse too and then his voice shot completely.

Shame.

always: the final is terrible.
At least he did something a little cool and different by walking around the circle. You could tell he was in trouble when he was skipping words and just letting the crowd sing. And the outro: "shine" and "rhyme". Wow, ouch.

I'd give anything to know what JBJ thinks of his recent performances of Always.

Phil really did a great job on the second solo. There was feeling and emotion and it was fantastic. Honestly, I think I'd take Phil over Richie. At least Phil wants to be there.
