Yes, it is GA. We knew that last week. What we didn't know was the price. Very reasonable.
Hey T,

whats does that mean? - im always fascinated by the TM scams...why would some be tossed back - people who didnt complete an order for whatever reason?

It isn't Ticketmaster, Marc. TM recycles tickets immediately when they're thrown back. The 6-10 minute thing is part of how the Concertmaps system works. As far as why people would pull GA tickets and throw them back - obviously they didn't really intend to go to the show. They were just curious to see how much they were or whether they could get them. I can understand why people throw back reserved seats hoping to get better ones, but there are no "better" GA ones to try for.

ahh yeah well there was some issue once with my visa on tm and it just kept not taking so i had to unwittingly keep throwing them back so sometimes its technical fouls

but yeah wierd for gm - esp at 50 bux - finally something good from the fc price wise - though i was fine with starland cost as it was kinda priceless....

Well it seemed fast to me. I wasn't able to secure a ticket. I kept refreshing and when the buy link came up I got to typing in the words I got the event home message. One time I was able to put in my ticket amount and I clicked on the quick pick tab and same error. Very disappointed and I keep trying but nothing yet.

Well I'm learning of this all after the fact just tonight so I'm skipping out on the associated stress of trying to make it happen somehow...though given the date and timing... it wasn't going to matter. Kathleen, you kill me how you keep getting to go to these things. I'm being punished for ever leaving to come back here in the first place.

Looking forward to see what comes out of this show. I expect nothing less than a full on jaw dropping electric performance of Santa Fe.

We got really lucky last night - both Paul and I were online early last night and just kept refreshing the page until we got in - right at 8:00 pm. We had the transaction finished by 8:01.

I'm familiar with The Best Buy Theater - I've seen lots of other bands there so I knew it was GA (though Southside Johnny did have a seated concert there once). So there was no dithering about wanting the seats - the minute the tickets showed up they were bought

That's going to be a killer week for me. I have shows Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights. Did anyone say sleep?

on backstage the ticketing system is quite complicated many ppl can actually put tickets in their basket and leave (just to check if it worked with no intention of buying) the ticket will remain in that basket for quite a while ... then go back into the system .. the sold out after 2 minutes is never really sold out but you though had to be lucky to get one or 2 tickets at that price yesterday

LOL, a show promoting the GH, it would be just nice to get the new songs, because if not they would be doing another "vanilla" one, as they already have been playing these GH like for every show.

Oh yes! Definitely! Vanilla is the new black, no kidding.

Those going to the GH show, expecting to get the great hits, won't come out disappointed.
