It really depends on how you want to enjoy the concert.

I was in section 112 last Wednesday for Stereophonics and it is not a bad seat. Of course in this case I just wanted to go and enjoy the show without having to queue for hours for a decent GA spot. I also saw Nickelback twice at the 02 (one on a side seat and it was great as well and one GA but was front row).

I wouldn't get a ticket in sections A1 or A2 or similar if they are quite far back since I am not very tall and would probably have to watch at the screens. I can get a seat within the 5 first rows then fine but with the Jovi shows it is unaffordable, at least for me.

So this time, I have chosen to get side tickets, the ones around £111. I'll have a great view of the stage and the guys although I won't be as close as usual.

Hi Vanessa. Where have you been hiding?

Being sat down at concerts isn't ideal at all, unless you have trouble standing of course. I just think it takes a lot of the enjoyment away for those who can't get into the first few rows. The prices to do so are ridiculous and no working class person in their right mind would pay it. I also think it takes away the atmosphere at gigs. I saw Mark Knopfler a couple of years ago and though I was in the second block from the stage I was still too far away really. I'm fortunate being tall but even I couldn't see much. Anyway it's good news you've got good seats.
