The only tickets I could manage to get were Block 408, Row K.

Will I be able to see anything at all??

Everybody will have a great view to be honest.

It is a tiny arena and I know 23,000 sounds like a lot but think about how many peeps can fill Wembley Stadium. Even if you're right at the back of the O2, you'll be about 4.5 times closer to the stage than you would if you were sitting at the opposite end of Wembley Stadium. That's a LOT closer!!
