I didnt for once think that the shows would be under sold... Infact I m sure that they will sell out all of them.

The promoters will tag them all as sold out anyway regardless of actual sales. It's just a PR phrase (one that to me has been meaningless since Live Nation "sold out" a just over half-full Millenium Stadium in Cardiff for Madonna in 2008 ).

As a fan it pisses me off that they do this. As a person, i have a sneaking admiration for their skill and their balls.
They do however face the rather embarrassing prospect of a bunch of empty seats in the front rows. You can get front row pit tickets for any night, you can pull up 6 in rows 2 & 3 without trouble.

Those seats will be taken by show time. Competitions, AEG guests, O2 Arena staff, £10 tickets etc.

For Britney last year they dumped tickets at £5 each for a couple of nights when there were clearly lots of unsold tickets (they even dropped front row next to the stage and pit standing). I guess there is a decent chance something similar will happen - look at any night for this run and you can get tickets at any price level.

btw, I missed it for Twickenham, was there an announcement or did it just do the rounds? (I don't think the Britney drop I caught was intended to be a public ticket dump but became one after being posted in a forum).

I said I wouldnt go to this tour due to prices but I am in london next friday with an eveing spare.

I think i would hate myself more if I got in for £10 but it would be pretty funny.

For the last night in Twickenham Ticketmaster started selling tickets for £10 the night before the gig.

I remember it like it was yesterday. Earlier that week I had seen Bon Jovi in Coventry with my parents and begged them for us to get a ticket to see them in Twickenham but the usual "money doesn't grow on trees" thing comes around, and of course I knew they were right, BUT I WANTED TO SEE BON JOVI AGAIN ALREADY DAMMIT.

Then whaddayaknow, that £10 deal came along the night before and me, my ma and my papa were sat in Twickenham watching Jovi for the second time that week (and third time after all)

And now I'm only seeing Jovi this year with my mate because of the 2 For 1 deal. Says something when 2 out of 4 Bon Jovi gigs I've paid for have been cheap deals.
