Last couple of shows I went to I had to in UK pick up at the box office.
Even after paying for delivery
Had to chase Ticketmaster for that money back!

Oh and they don't tell you have to pick up the tickets at the box office. Apparently you have to guess that. (I called when I didn't get my ticktes and then they told me)
