Obie confirmed Greece 2011!

I've just woke up and that's what I found in the official site:

I 'm from Greece and i never had the chance to see Bon Jovi live in my country...

There are many fans here and Jon won't regret it if he decides to come with his friends! It will be their first time in Athens and trust me..... A LOT of people will come to the concert!

So... just ask them if they have plans to visit us, that's all!

Ι saw it minutes after it was posted and made me really happy, a dream comes true, at least i hope..I ve seen them twice in twickenham(my first bon jovi concerts) and now i ll see them again 22nd and 23rd at the O2!!! I hope they visit us later in the european tour so i wont be in the army, i m joining this august...anyway GREAT news, i texted many bon jovi facebook friends here!!!

It's about time! Jon mentioned that he had never played in Greece and would really want to a few years ago... so finally! I'm happy for the greek fans!

Seems Jon is finally being true to his word and touring the places they have forgotten about.

That's cool news.
I'm anxious for the south american fans as well, they said they would be touring there later this year, I would have thought the dates would be announced by now......

Jon has expressed for years a desire to go to Greece, so it's not a place they "forgot" about. I'm not sure why they've never played there. Maybe it's one of the few places in the civilized world where they didn't think they had the market to support a show.

If I weren't going to grad school again, I would really consider booking a vacation to Greece to coincide with this show. I've always wanted to visit the country.

Well I have my final exams in summer 2011, but, I'll be there! The very first time of Jovi in Greece (and maybe the very last...)! Hope Obie is true...

Richie talked in the AZ Central interview about the new GH. Also he mentionted that they will do a tour in Europe in the next SUMMER.

That means that we will see them in June or in July or in August.
Great information for some people who are unable to see them in other months...
