Jon was probably pissed off that Tico or Phil didn't start on time while he was out front holding the guitar in the air for Blood On Blood:

He was smiling, how is he pissed?

It looks like Phil forgot how to play the intro. Jon says "What" and shows Phil the first part of the song.

Just thought he ended up looking kinda stupid there for a second, and doubt he was happy about it when he turned around. Not a big deal. I'm not a "Jon's a tyrant" conspiracy theorist.

Found this video on twitter/yt that obviously a PhilX fan made from this show, pretty good break down of him. Assuming since they shared it on a public forum would be ok to share here. I MISS Richie beyond belief but gotta give the man his ups for what to me, must be like crossing the ultimate picket line.
