What happened was, as soon as they finished Complicated, instead of the usual "2,3,4" intro to Born To...Jon said "1,2,3" - I thought immediately, cool, they're playing Raise Your Hands now. However, the band went right into Born To..., and Jon just lookeda round at the band like "What the hell", Richie looked completely confused, ubt played on. Jon walked over to him while singing and started pointing out the setlist with his foot to Richie. Richie just kind of nodded, looked at the other guys, shrugged his shoulders and played on. The song went off OK, but with zero emotion. Jon didn't seem to get over it until about 3 songs later.

Uh oh, bad Richie, bad Richie. He better watch out. He's not going to be allowed to do solos in Bon Jovi's next album. And he better worry about his job... you know there's another guitar player on stage. Jon can just replace him with this Bobby guy and treat Bobby as a hired hand just like he does Hugh... he will save more money this way. Oh Dave, you gotta watch out too...
Soon, Bon Jovi will just have Jon with 4 hired musicians. You hear it first here.
