Which is why I am extremely happy that Australia is just a few hours in front/behind (depends what side of the country youre on) of Japan!

Wow, now the excuse is jet lag? And I bet those in the FC boards will be saying... ooh, no wonder why, poor Jon. LMAO

You are right, they have gone to Japan a gazillion times, please give me a break!

I have not seen the videos so I can not comment on your statement, but I think that Jon decided to embark the band in this long tour thinking he is still 20 something, and he is not. No matter how much care, medication, vocal exercises, etc... when you get old, you get old and it shows somehow.

If now he is "rusty", he will get better in the upcoming shows, if not then it will prove that "less is better" sometimes.

He is not travelling coach class
He could always arrive 2 days early
if it was jet lag

Well, Jon has freely admitted he puts off leaving home every time until he absolutely has to, however, I think he's a bit slow in adjusting to the fact that at 48, it takes longer to transition than it used to.

Not saying he didn't **** up by waiting till the last minute to go to Japan and expecting that he could shake off the jetlag like he did at 25, but can you really slag the guy for wanting to be with his kids??

yeah and everytime he goes he complains about jet lag and looks jet lagged.... perhaps he just finds it a difficult trip.... he is human !
