No harmonies, an unrecognizable solo. Yeah, yours is pure magic.

It's quite a boring PBP and set when the biggest surprise is a snippet of a cover song.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
Always wasnt played last time

If I told you that I like that solo more as it "fits" better the song, would you believe me?

Apparently I'm not aloud my opinion in this thread because it's the "Manchester" thread.

What's so special about Manchester?

Always and Dry County aren't surprises. They are simply two of the very best songs the band has ever produced.

I'm very much aware they're not surprises and yes they are among the best songs the band has produced. Sadly, they're always taking the slots reserved for extra or rare stuff, thus leaving no real room in the setlists for actual surprises.

And I'd Die For You is a surprise, but any time the song has been played the last few years, Bobby did the guitar solo, thus I'm completely indifferent to it.

Oh right. Boring setlist. Die For You is probably my least favorite song from the eighties/nineties.

No. The solo of their biggest power ballad does not need one that "fits" better.
