Oh yeah... standard base rate at concerts last year was £4.. for everything. Even soft drinks. So you can expect the price to be that and maybe more this time round.

I'm quite happy to stay in my local pubs/bars (which just happen to be M'cr City Centre) and stand towards the back of the Gold Circle crowd when I get there later.

Same here. Think we are looking to get the train around 11am from Liverpool to Manchester Piccadilly. Then going to go around a few pubs/bars before getting a taxi to the stadium around tea time and sitting down at the back of the GC.
