am I the only one getting the feeling that we may see some Sambora on this tour, in one way or another ?

Yes you are the only one.

Considering the band would have to specifically fly him across the ocean, this is a lot less likely to happen in Europe than in US, where it already did not happen, even when he was in the same building (Newark).

Don't get me wrong, I am sure we will see Richie on stage with them, but at this particular moment, I still think both sides want to be apart. Now if Jon decides to play the "farewell card" on the next tour, then it will happen for sure.

I think it's a case of necessity...if there is a danger of having the motionless Jon at the mic stand on some of the shows, then there needs to be more going on on those massive stages. Def Leppard recently had a lot going on on the big screens all over the stage, and it really does take away your attention from the band...it's the only way that the current show is really going to work in Stadiums, especially when Jon is having a weak show...
