There are so many possible openers!!
It has never happened that the band was opening shows with the same song two tours in a row! And there are only two song which were the main openeres during two different tours - Livin' On A Prayer (Crossroad and Crush tour) and Lay Your Hands On Me (New Jersey and These Days tour).
The oddest opener ever was Wanted Dead Or Alive imo, it has happened twice if I'm right
