That's just the nature of American crowds. no offense to anyone but, like Noel Gallagher said, he hated playing arenas in the US cause he could spot people getting off their seats and queueing for a slice of pizza. Or heading towards the toilet. I mean, you don't do such things during a concert you paid a lot of money for, unless you're REALLY hungry or REALLY in need for a piss. Just my 2c.
