That was the feeling I had seeing Def Leppard for the first time. Not to mention it was my first concert, and the set was full of hits though, but each time I see them, the sets are the same, but its still great hearing them.

I once said it and did it - not with BJ though.
I'll probably go to the show in Munich, but if chances are that I walk out bored because of a similar set I doubt I'll go to Stuttgart and Cologne afterwards.

Well, my last hope is that they really blame it on the unfinished production of the stage...

Guys, the tour has just started.

It's like this every tour.... I know last time they played stuff from 7800 and the first album at the beginning of the tour, but that was rare and didn't last.

Maybe this time, they'll start off slow and will change more as the tour develops. We all know the best sets will be in Europe/south Africa and possibly Australia. The latter of which is likely to be 11 months away.

I'm sorry if you live in North America, but these similar sets are nothing new.

personnally, it's all the guitar playing that I hate with a passion, not so much the song selection.

That's the problem, I pay the same amount of money if not more than you do in Sydney and I get a crap setlist. Doesn't make sense.

You obviously haven't seen Australian ticket prices....

But they also had SFTP (acoustic) and Richie was singing Homebound Train/LYHOM. If nothing else, this subtle change to the LH tour made a lot of difference. Here, we have WITW (which I think is pretty outstanding, 3 shows in a row) and an intro to Captain Crash.

Who cares if the beggining of the tour? That's just a lazy excuse. The problem now is that there just ain't no will to change things up. Jon has created a set that are easy for him to belt out each night vocally. It's obvious that he rather plays WLOL than RYH or WWWB than LYHOM.
