That's it. Hopefully tomorrow will be more interesting. The encores at least look somewhat decent, and the length is good. Just seems like there's a lot of dead spots. Still, if I get WITW at one of my shows I'll be at least somewhat happy.

Encore looks good, more up-tempo but the main set still needs work.

All you can do is shake your head. With this band's catalog of great music, Jon picks 13 songs like this to perform. It's just mind boggling.

Encore I is fine. Encore II is a joke. The main set needs to be brought out to pasture and shot. Seriously, I think Jon has some idea that if he plays Wild Is The Wind, he'll be forgiven for playing a lazy, uninspired, easy set.

Same here. I was just expecting something from These Days and maybe a different new song (room at the end of the world). But yeah, if I get WITW at one of my shows (with TWTWMM), I'll be over the moon.

Maybe the tides have turned. Maybe, just maybe all of the old hot spots will get vanilla sets and the south and Midwest will get the fan favorites! God knows we have waited.

I know it has been discussed to death already, but I just had a look through the first 8 setlists from The Circle Tour and to be fair, once the old songs (Roulette, Shot Through The Heart and Get Ready) were dropped, there were very few changes with those setlists too. The only major difference between sets for a two night stand was that Hallelujah and I'll Be There For You were dropped for Make A Memory and Bed Of Roses, and maybe Thorn In My Side opened the encore instead of Runaway.

However Jon really does need to get his head in the game and start showing why he is such a great frontman, cause his voice doesn't sound too bad and I think the band sound better than they did last tour, IMO.

Encore is good? Come on people that was just a ****in' horrible set

That was hard. Took 3 minutes.

They changed what they opened with every night (BOB and HN). Richie had two songs he switched every show. And they had a pretty big list of covers they through into BM... this all might have happened after the first 8 shows ( I don't remember), but if so it couldn't have been too long.

Despite the songs from the Circle (WFTWM) and Lost Highway they chose to play every night, the tour was really good and pretty unpredictable IMO.
