I meant seeing BTBMB and HAND in the encore was good, the rest was not that great

Born to Be My Baby and Have a Nice Day can't save the setlist. It would need a lot more good songs to do so.

Oh absolutely, don't get me wrong I though The Circle tour was amazing! I was just making the point that within the first 10 shows of The Circle tour Blood On Blood was always the opener and there were pretty much the same amount of changes as there are now (Next to none). I think it might just take the band a while to properly warm back up again. Hopefully!

I don't think it saved the setlist, but without those 2 the setlist is even worse

Oh I stand corrected. I didn't realize it took them 10 shows. Okay, good point.

Yeah, I'm not surprised by the setlists so far. It's very early days. By the time to get to Sydney, which will probably be early 2014, things will be spiced up.

Replace the bolded songs (and not even with super-rarities) and the base set has the potential to look much better. That's what's so damn frustrating at the moment.

Just got back. You know what, I had fun. I was in the nosebleeds with my girlfriend for her first show and the new songs sounded great. It had far too many filler tracks we've heard during past tours but I still had a good time. Amen was beautiful, HAND was tight. Call me "the minority" if you must but I came home with a smile on my face from a fun show.
