These will be the first shows of this leg without opening acts - being called "An Evening with Bon Jovi." Now the question is will Jovi actually play longer or not? (Of course, last year the Montreal concerts were both 29 songs long, so they were already "longer"!)

Some of the other February/March shows will be like this, while others will have openers. All of the shows in May are supposed to be "An Evening with Bon Jovi." Fingers crossed that this means we get MORE music!

Too bad the MSG shows won't be like that. I hope the Nassau Coliseum show will. I hope they do play longer.

I hope somebody tapes these shows - the Montreal shows last year had really nice setlists!

Yeah, the Montreal setlists (especially night one) was probably my favorite setlist of the entire tour. Let's hope for something equally as quality.

In japan they never have openers , it doesn't change the concert length though.
I don't think the fact there is no opening act is to focus on a longer show , but Montreal or Toronto shows are never short shows.

I would tend to agree Mireille, but something is going on as folks that purchased fanclub tickets are being told (via emails) there is no opening act and to be in their seats at 7:30.

it would mean the show will begin early with the guys on stage while other ppl are not aware of that ? that's weird no ? I do think that either way the show itself will be the same lenght (2:30 is not like a short show ) and if it begins early then it would end early too ..but well I know nothing ...I just don't see them play longer than 2:30 ..maybe they have to end the show ealier
