I agree it would be odd to not let everyone that purchased a ticket know but, I'm like you, I know nothing.

If this year's Montreal shows are anything like last year's, she'll be ruined for life! I have friends that will be there, and it's killing me that I won't be. I had to give up both Montreal and Chicago in order to go to Europe. I'm sure I'll be glad this summer, but right now I'm sulking.

you couldn't take the time off for both montreal AND chicago and europe ? I would have picked montreal or toronto over pittsburgh but I know it's difficult to choose this is why I usually DON'T ... My friend is not a fan I think she is going because her friend likes bon jovi but none of them are fans like us here so I can honestly say she will not see or hear the difference between a good show and great show...she will like 'that' or won't ... she is much more hardcore music amateur than me ...the only advantage jovi will get tonight is that she won't be there with her husband ... she will be at the show as a girls night out thing .. she will fall for the atmsophere ... I am sure ..I'll keep you posted

Toronto and Chicago were/are both during the week and would take too much vacation time, and I could fly to Pittsburgh for a fraction of what flying to Montreal costs. For some reason, Atlanta to Montreal is one of those routes that is NEVER cheap. I used frequent flyer miles last year, but this year my miles are "paying" for my flight to/from Europe. Everything ($$, vacation and miles) only stretches so far . . . damn it!

I see ... I almost never fly so no frequent flyer miles for me anyway ... but it's either easy and expensive or complicated taking time unsafe (time wise) and cheaper .....

I see many fans picking up the week end shows because that way they CAN ... it's very much understandable ....

I am sure you will not regret europe because you will also have a lot of fun AROUND the shows ...but don't think about it about what you could have done if not doing europe etc ... so far the shows have been quite good but you couldn't guess in advance and you cannot predict what tomorrow will be neither ... nothing is granted neither the good nor the bad ....don't sulk about chicago or montreal

to me the past 2 toronto shows were very good but not the usual outstanding feeling toronto usually get ....Montreal shows were great last year but after them many shows were greater for those who went ...often with bon jovi the shows are the best until the next show who become the best etc .. you should then get THE BEST OF THE BEST SHOW with lisbon last show before the hiatus (of course i am just joking I know nothing ..but I think you will have a great time in europe and you will forget the sulking )

There's no way I could make this show, but I might be able to swing Saturday's show. It's only a 6 hour drive to Montreal and I've done it before hahaha

Probably it would be 25-26 songs setlist with few suprises because this is 3. and 4. Bell Centre concert if you count complete tour...

I do not know why, but I have a feeling for Something to believe in, Wild is the wind and Wild in the streets... We will see
