I have to admit, the pillars are very cool but I was just watching this video from Ottawa where Jon is up on the pillars (I didn't know they turned into steps) and they're pretty high and not very wide.

After watching him have to jump from the ramp the other day because he stepped to close to the edge and lost balance, I don't know if it's a great idea to have him bumbling around up there in the dark with the flashing lights. Anyway, I watched a video of the pillars crumbling right before the encore begins and it's really something, it almost makes the start of the encore pale in comparison.

I thought he doesn't look too comfortable up there ... isn't it a lil bit risky ? imagine if he stumbles it's so high and the lights don't help ...well I am sure it will worked out to be safe but it's not a large space

Review from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Seems fair and balanced. Apparently Jon gave a brief explantion of That's What The Water Made Me is all about.

I thought the same thing and it's totally understandable, I wasn't comfortable just watching that clip of him up there. It doesn't look safe to me, those "steps" don't even look half the width as the ones from last tour. One misstep up there and that's the end of the tour to say the least.

I noticed the steps when he used them at Mohegan, and it seemed a smaller space than last tour and JBJ looked more catious while using those steps at Mohegan...

And by thw way, did anyone else notice on the picture of the setlist from Pittsburgh on the BJ site that What About Now is listed in the main set and as an auidible? That's weird, obviously a typo though
