But simply being real, and saying when the band aren't being their best - does not make someone less of a fan. I'm pretty much one of the the biggest fan you can get - they're like my freaking religion, lol. But do I like every single thing they do? No. Do I admit/complain if I think they're not giving in their all? Hell yes. But I think it would be laughable, to call me "not a true fan" Some people go way too far, and forget the boys are humans. But some people are just being truthful, and fair. Being optimistic is great, but there is a line. The reality is the last couple sets, have no been as good as they have been, at all. Jason, you predict something great every time - and like I said being optmistic is great! But when it's right there infront of your eyes, don't act blind to it. You can love the band to bits, but still be truthful.

I was discussing something with another member. All I was saying was that the band doesn't naturally need a great setlist in order to have a great show. I am optimistic. But I am also realistic as well. I go with the flow. Setlists are large here, and I knew that when I read around, especially when I first started posting here. I don't want to argue with anyone, I just want peace, that's all.
Like I said, a few people last night said that the performance was great. I didn't mean it the way it was stated if I said it that way, the fact that people aren't true Jovi fans... Blah, blah, blah.. I was just trying to say that setlists aren't everything. Maybe they are to some people, but the performance reflects whatever setlist is being played. Surely there are times where the band, well, every band doesn't perform up to certain people's standards, but what can we really do about it?
Sorry if I made something seem out of proportion.
