They opened the encore with Runaway in Denver in 2010 and it worked pretty well.

Seems like a pretty solid encore.

looks like its back to shitty north american setlists. I mean it would alright it there were playing in like Albany, North Dakota or Reno but seriously in Chicago? Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Montreal, Toronto, Detroit, Boston, Los Angeles all deserve better setlists

How is this setlist really any different than most of the European tour? "Shitty north American setlists" isn't really applicable for the Because We Can tour...

most likely no songs from These Days, Bounce, Boxset. No different song from SWW/NJ other than the usuals. So it is different. I bet TAALS wont be played in North America. What happened to everyone here, last tour everyone was taking banners and requesting songs to be played and the band did play them. Seriously what happened. Look at all the songs played on the Circle/Greatest hits tour and all those request fulfilled. Heck they even played 6 songs from the first two albums. You knew in 2010/2011 that you would get something special on each show (other than the phil x shows).

I remember there was a huge thread with all the songs that people were requested to be played and a tally sheet of votes for which song to be played and I remember This Ain't A Love Song won the vote along with It's Hard Letting You Go.

There have been some good, even great sets, but there have been plenty vanilla sets as well. Other than TAALS 3 or 4 times and Undivided a couple of times, there hasn't been anything really special, unique, or different about this tour in the slightest. There hasn't been a song played this tour, with the exception of the WAN songs, that wasn't played last tour.

Has there been a These Days song played in North America? ...I don't remember one being played. That's what they meant about the "shitty North American setlists".

They don't deserve better set lists... but we have come to expect them in those cities. I think every show "deserves" a great set list.... most shows cost pretty close to the same per ticket.
