Should have specified, meant it was also released on VHS at the time. Not sure what stock VHS tape it came out on, but there may have been a time constraint, and especially back then it would have been very out of left field to include tracks on one format but not the the other, especially when the DVD got other bonus material.

Captain Crash opening? I like the song, but unless they sped it up, it's WAAAAY too slow, and just an awful choice to open a rock show. Just stick with Raise Your Hands.

I just think they should drop 95% of the post 2000 songs. And get back to the proper rock songs and not this party bullshit songs.
