Seeing how much they toured since 2000 (2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2008??) I just can't believe they only been touring because they really wanted too.
Surely there had to be some obligation, money, contract whatever. All in all me thinking they haven't done all this tour with much fun. Sure they were good this tour but overall from crush onwards it was just too much...

They didn't tour in 2005

And sure, 5 tours in 9 years is a lot, but I don't think that shows at all that they didn't particularly want to do it

The HAND promo shows started in September 05. Keep in mind that their tours are much shorter these days than most band tours. HAND was only 75 (plus or minus) shows. LH was 99 shows.

Is the DVD going to be made up of pieces of the entire tour or just one show? If it's going to be pieces of all different ones, can you as the guys to PLEASE include "Always" that was done the first night at Madison Square Garden? It was phenominal! It seems that for some reason that song doesn't get performed as much as some others and I'd really like to remember that performance since that's the song that transformed me into a fanatical die-hard! Thanks!

Somehow I stil think, especcialy considiring what both Jon & Richie said early 90's and what they did in the 90's - album - tour - proper break, it wasn't all the band's choice to tour (and even release that much albums) as they did since 2000. Its just what I think tho, I don't have prove or anything It just doesn't seem they were really 'in for it' for the majority of released/promo/albums. On the other hand what Katleen said tours been shorter, still with recording/producing/promoting albums they seem not to have huge breaks, and there were times (divorces, addiction) what normally wouldn't be a perfect time to do that...

Couldn't it been a contract/thing (as discussed before) or would it really be the band's choice to release 4 studio albums and do 4 or 5 tours within 8 years? Especcially considiring what they felt like in the 90's?
