Some photos from the show. The blurb says at least 50,000 were there.

Exactly. Some people seem to be unaware of his undying power.

Tico once played with a broken spine y'know?

This was on Twitter:

BonJoviRockedIt ‏@BonJoviRockedIt 20m

apparently, last nights show was cut short as Tico wasn't feeling so good, apparently he was in need of oxygen x hope he gets better soon

I thought Tico always had oxygen by his drums.

He does.

I'm taking this story with a pinch of salt.

It's extremely hot at the moment, some in the audience were saying that they couldn't breath either. That could have had something to do with it too.

Edit to add, I just heard from someone who was there and she said that he told Jon he was done and was breathing into an oxygen mask.

David Bergman commented on Facebook that it wasn't true and he's fine. But who knows.

This was just posted on the band's Facebook page.

A note to Detroit from JBJ:

Detroit has always been special to me. It began in 1983 when the Doubleday radio station in Detroit was playing an unsigned John Bongiovi with RUNAWAY. My first trip to town included a trip to Hitsville U.S.A. and a Rockabilly show by Robert Gordon. Blame the coffee but now my mind is whirling with so many memories of the great meals in Greektown and this silly game called WHIRLYBALL played late at night after shows, dinner and way too much wine. I can clearly remember the Detroit Grand Prix in 1985 and the countless shows at Joe Louis, The Palace, and our first time at Comerica Park. One of the highlights of our career in Michigan was on Thanksgiving when the Lions played the Patriots and we were asked to perform IT'S MY LIFE at halftime.

There is a lot to be thankful for. Detroit does still love Bon Jovi... and the feeling is mutual. Thanks for your friendship but also your patience throughout the years. See you again. -JBJ

That's pretty cool and sweet! I don't see it on Facebook though, I wonder what's up with that... Thanks for posting it here!

I really hope Tico not feeling well is not true... David Bergman has to know.

EDIT: I do see it on BonJovi.com, though: http://www.bonjovi.com/en/news/55890...roit-from-jbj/
