i woke up happy today!!! tonight's show is gonna be abso****inglutely great!!! richie and tico went to the new acropolis museum yesterday, jon is expected today!! it will be really hot, 42 degrees, the hottest day of the summer this far, i am at work but i really cant focus on anything else...in fact tomorrow my band(remade) will be performing on national tv-3 songs-our first tv appearence and its a really big deal for us because we have invested everything into this but still today i dont give a **** about anything else...i ll deal with it tomorrow... i am so psyched!!!
i am working near the olympic stadium, bj booked the place for 6 days and the stage is being build 2-3 days if i am not mistaken(i am not...i ve seen the pictures).
friends of mine and family are gathering from all around greece to be here tonight. 6-7 friends of mine paid the 150 euros ticket just to live the experience and see what its all about, a part of them i m sure considers me crazy...even though they ll come without being fans and i hope the guys will deliver tonight and understand partially my "obsession".
unfortunatelly i wont be able to do pbp or anything cause i wannna enjoy it as much as i can but i ll be more than happy to write an extensive review tomorrow!!!!
after all these years i feel really proud, it may sound stupid but in a way i feel i helped along with the few really hardcore bj greek fans to persuade the promoters that a concert like that could be viable in a weird touring destination like greece!!! there were shows in this run that put the bar really high but i have a feeling that they will give their best, as we the fans we ll do the same.
